Take either I-90 or 520 west towards Seattle.

Go north on I-5.

Exit at NE 45th St and head west (left) towards Wallingford

In ½ mile, look for the office on the south (left) side of the street, at the corner of N. 45th St. and Bagley Ave.

From HWY 520:

Exit onto 124th AVE NE going south.

Go to intersection of 124th and BEL-RED RD, and turn LEFT.

Turn RIGHT into office park where you see CALDWELL BANKER sign (no specific office park name).

Stay to the left as you enter the parking lot, and proceed to the only building, numbered 12737.

From I-90:

Exit onto 148th going north.

Go several miles, pass through several lights, and take a LEFT onto NE 8th St.

Take a RIGHT onto 140th Ave.

Take a LEFT onto BEL-RED RD, and LEFT into office park at the Caldwell Bank sign (as above)
